The assessments consist of about 15 questions per set, and there are multiple levels of difficulty as you progress.

The report will be generated after completion, showing your results and comparison to your peers.

All communications during live sessions are muted for students to maintain a conducive learning environment. However, you may type in the group chat and our teachers will respond accordingly. Please refrain from making inappropriate remarks and respect each other.

Where appropriate, teachers will open up the room for open communication. This is at teachers' discretion.

You can unsubscribe anytime up to 4 hours before the session. Simply click on the session.

You may watch the past session which is available 48 hours after the live session, in "Sessions" top menu under "My Library"

All past sessions purchased will be in "My Library"

Any refund request is subjected to management approval and 10% processing fee, and are on a goodwill basis due to the free credits/trials given.
