  • WHAT IS ASSESSMENT AND ITS BENEFITS?

    The assessments consist of about 15 questions per set, and there are multiple levels of difficulty as you progress.

    The report will be generated after completion, showing your results and comparison to your peers.

  • HOW DO I LOGIN FOR SESSIONS?
  • WHO DO I CALL FOR LOGIN ISSUES?

    Our support team is available at all times via watsapp, messenger or email. Click the chat icon on the bottom right of website.

  • I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

    You may login with Google/Facebook. The default login is your email address used to register, and the password is a minimum of 3 letters and is case sensitive. Alternatively, select "Forgot password"

  • I CANNOT FIND THE LINK TO MY UPCOMING LIVE SESSION

    You may refer to the email from Explico or you may click on the session in the website 10 minutes before the session starts.

  • I SUBSCRIBED TO THE SESSION BUT I CAN'T SEE THE SESSION

    You may refer to the email from Explico or you may click on the session in the website 10 minutes before the session starts. It can also be found in your child's dashboard under "Today's Session" or "Upcoming Session".

  • I CANNOT HEAR

    Please use Chrome browser and check that your computer volume is switched on.

    On Explico platform : click 'refresh" button at top right corner, and select 'Microphone"

  • I CANNOT SPEAK TO TEACHER. WHY?

    All communications during live sessions are muted for students to maintain a conducive learning environment. However, you may type in the group chat and our teachers will respond accordingly. Please refrain from making inappropriate remarks and respect each other. Where appropriate, teachers will open up the room for open communication. This is at teachers' discretion.

  • WHERE CAN I SEE THE SESSIONS I HAVE ATTENDED?

    Upon login, select your child's profile and click "Sessions" top menu and the sessions are listed in "My Library"

  • WHERE CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO PAST SESSIONS?

    Upon login, select your child's profile and click "Sessions" top menu and the sessions are listed in "Past Sessions"

  • CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM A SESSION?

    You can unsubscribe anytime up to 4 hours before the session. Simply click on the session.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISS THE UPCOMING LIVE SESSION?

    You may watch the past session which is available 48 hours after the live session, in "Sessions" top menu under "My Library"

  • HOW DO I WATCH THE PAST SESSIONS?

    You may purchase the past sessions in the "Past Sessions" section.

    All past sessions purchased will be in "My Library"

  • CAN I GET A REFUND?

    Any refund request is subjected to management approval and 10% processing fee, and are on a goodwill basis due to the free credits/trials given.
