1.1. We, Explico, are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We treat all personal data provided by you in strict confidence and will only use your personal data in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data that you provide to us and the personal data we hold about you.
1.2. This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, disclose, process and manage your personal data when you: download and use Explico platform; and/or provide us with your personal data.
1.3. By providing us with your personal data, accessing or using the App and Website, you consent to our collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please DO NOT access or use the App and Website, or provide any personal data to us if you do not accept this Privacy Policy.
2. AMENDMENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to you. The updated Privacy Policy will supersede earlier versions and will apply to personal data provided to us previously. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect when made available through the App or website.
3. PERSONAL DATA
3.1. “Personal data” is data that can be used to identify a natural person. The personal data we may collect from you includes but is not limited to: contact information (e.g. name, mailing or email address, fax and telephone number); date of birth; images; IP addresses; and transactional information based on your activities on the App and Website (such as content generated and related to your account).
3.2. If you provide us with the personal data of anyone other than yourself, you warrant that you have informed him/her of the purposes for which we are collecting his/her personal data and that he/she has consented to your disclosure of his/her personal data to us for those purposes.
3.3. You must ensure that all personal data that you provide is true, accurate and complete.

4.1. We collect your personal data when: you register for a user account in order to access and use the App and Website; you use the App and Website; you enter information on the App and Website; you contact us or interact with our employees through various communication channels that we offer; or you request that we contact you or request to be included in our mailing list.
5. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION, USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
5.1. We collect, use or disclose your personal data for the purposes of: managing your relationship with us; authenticating, operating and maintaining your user account; facilitating your use of the App and Website (including the interactions between you and other users); providing you with the services that you have requested for; keeping you updated on our services; and assisting you with your enquiries and feedback.
5.2. We may also use your personal data for purposes connected or relevant to our business, such as, complying with our legal obligations and requirements; enforcing obligations owed to us; accounting, risk management and record keeping; carrying out research, planning and statistical analysis; and staff training.
5.3. You agree that we may also use your personal data, from time to time, for marketing purposes including informing you of the latest activities, special offers and promotions offered by us or our business partners and associates.
5.4. When using your personal data to contact you for the above purposes, we may contact you via regular mail, fax, e-mail, SMS, telephone or any other means.
6. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
6.1. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.
6.2. You agree that we may disclose or share your personal data with third parties such as: service providers working on our behalf and providing services to us (such as accounting, information technology services, marketing etc); and our consultants and professional advisors (such as accountants, lawyers, auditors).

6.4. The App and Website may allow you to share your personal data with third parties such as other users. You are responsible for such sharing of your personal data.
7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUT OF SINGAPORE
7.1. We may transfer your personal data to any location outside of Singapore for the purposes set out above. Where we transfer your personal data outside of Singapore, the foreign recipient of the personal data will be required to protect personal data at a standard of protection comparable to that under the laws of Singapore.
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
8.1. We will take reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal data that is in our possession or under our control. While reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure that the information you provide is protected against unauthorised or unintended access, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond our control.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION DELETION
9.1 Explico offers an easy way to delete your account and personal information from the site. Accounts deleted are irreversible. Contact us at info@explico.sg, along with a confirmation email that we have received such requests for deletion to initiate this erasure process lasting up to five working days. After that, our team will notify you once the account deleted successfully.
